For Today:

Pre-Market Alert: 9:15am

A slight negative opening and held-back trading is expected from our market today,
tracking weak global cues after the US Fed indicated that it would hike interest rates
later this year; Yesterday, our markets saw good profit taking in the second half as all
initial gains, where new life-time highs were again made, were given up by the market to
finally close flat; Volatility is expected to continue today as today is Expiry day - traders
roll over positions in the futures & options (F&O) segment from January 2015 series to
February 2015 series; Good Support is at 8860 and Strong Support is at 8820-8800;
First Resistance is at 8920 which has to be covered today to hold on to 8900-level for
the Nifty; This might be difficult as more profit booking is expected today; As always,
be very alert; See all angles before you jump in, specially in a falling market; Wait for a
good opportunity and then be quick to take advantage; Take small profit and exit;
Buy again if upside continues; Do not take unnecessary risks;
Stay Away if you are not sure;
INR-US$ is at 61.4200; WTI Crude is at $44.45

A slight gap-down opening for the Nifty today around 8900; The Nifty has been flat and
choppy around the 8880-zone after opening today; At 8885 now, in the red; We expect
range bound trading to continue and we hope 8900-level to be re-gained by the Nifty;
Meanwhile, HDIL could have already given you some profits following PricePoints;
HDIL should have been in at 88.50 and out at 89.25; If still in, Hold HDIL>89.50
with a StopLoss of 87; If you have missed this entry, See these

Update-2: 11:00am

Suggest Action - for LONG Comments
DISHMAN Going down; Avoid, for now
TITAN Very flat at 430; Avoid, for now
VOLTAS In at 275, Out at 277.50
See again > 276
Some profits have come;
Might turn up again later today
DLF In at 166.50
Hold>166.50, SL-164
This has got stuck at 166;
Go Marginal if no upward movement
HDIL In at 88.50, Out at 92.50
See again > 92
Very good profits have come;
Might turn up again later today
PFC In at 297
Hold>297, SL-294
This can give some profits today

Good profits have already come from VOLTAS and HDIL today till now; PFC is showing
promise but DLF can get you into trouble; While things are looking good for our
Suggests, the general market is not doing well; So, it is a little risky to hold on for
too long today; Be very careful; Take small profit and exit; Buy again if the upside
continues; Get out if you are in doubt; Do not take unnecessary risks;

The Nifty has been fluctuating in the 8860-8890 band after opening today; At 8880
now, in the red; This choppiness is expected today due to F&O Expiry; Global cues
are negative today with Asia in the red; But the Rupee is holding at 61.4850; In the
domestic front, focus is now on Delhi polls where AAP is gaining ground; This might
be seen as a negative for the BJP and the market; Also, the Budget is round the
corner; We expect range bound trading to continue with slight negative bias and
8900-level to be approached later in the day; Avoid taking big risks;
Stay Away if you are not sure.

SMS-3

29Jan(12:30) Mkt in red; Choppy; HDIL PFC gave profit;
DLF Marginal; Hold HDIL>93 PFC>300 if in;

Update-3: 12:30pm

Suggest Action - for LONG Comments
DISHMAN This has disappointed today; Avoid
TITAN There was a chance from 436 to 441.50; But
we has said "Avoid, for now", so no entry
VOLTAS In at 276, Out at 277 There was a small second chance;
Might turn up again later today
DLF Marginal at 166.50 Still stuck at 166; Watch this..
HDIL Out at 93
Hold>93, SL-90
More profits can come today
if the Nifty improves
PFC Out at 300
Hold>300, SL-297
More profits can come today
if the Nifty improves

HDIL and PFC have added profits; DLF is confirmed Marginal; TITAN and VOLTAS
addition will not be reported; Nifty is choppy, as expected; If you have made adequate
profits for today by now, consider closing shop and taking home your profits; It may be
risky to hold on for too long or enter afresh at this time; Any wrong step can lead you
to losses and wipe out profits already made; Do not take unnecessary risks.

The Nifty has continued with range bound trading, but without the negative bias we had
feared in our last Update; Instead, there was a slight positive bias, enough to take the
Nifty upto the 8900-level for a brief period; The Nifty had touched 8905 from a low of
8865; At 8890 now, in the red; This choppiness is expected today due to F&O Expiry;
Global cues are still negative with Asia almost all in red and Europe also expected to
open in the red; But the Rupee is still holding at 61.4550; There are no domestic
cues; We expect the Nifty to continue with range-bound trading and get back to
8900-level; Support at 8860 should hold for the day; But don't let your
guard down; Keep constant vigil; Be ready for sudden downsides;
Do not take unnecessary risks; Protect your profits.

SMS-4

29Jan(2:30) Mkt in red; Choppy; DLF HDIL added profit;
Hold DLF>168.50 HDIL>94.50 if upsurge comes now
in last hour; See Site -INTDAY

Update-4: 2:30pm

Suggest Action - for LONG Comments
DISHMAN There was a sudden upside that we did
not monitor; Can be another after 158
TITAN No further development; Avoid
VOLTAS No further development; Avoid
DLF Out at 168.50
Hold>168.50, SL-165
Some profits have ultimately come;
There can be more here in last hour
HDIL Out at 94.50
Hold>94.50, SL-92
More profits can come today
PFC No further development after last Update;
There can be more here in last hour

Our Suggests continue to give profits, and now DLF has joined in; There can be more
today if you are still holding; But, as we have said before, if you have made your profits
for the day, consider getting out and taking home your profits; Any wrong step can
lead you to losses and wipe out profits already made; Do not take unnecessary
risks in last hour; Do not risk your profits already made.

The Nifty has continued with range bound trading after our last Update as was
expected; Has been choppy in the broad 8870-8910 range throughout the day; Nifty
at 8885 now, in the red; 8900-level is still not covered confidently; Global cues are still
very negative with all major markets in Asia and Europe trading in the red; The Rupee
has also slipped a little and is at 61.5299 now; There are no domestic cues; We expect
the Nifty to continue with range-bound trading and get back to 8900-level; Support at
8860 should hold for the day; The long big run upwards by our market might come to a
halt today and we might get a closing in the red after 9 consecutive green closings in
which life-time highs were made several times; But we do hope that 8900-level for
the Nifty will be held in closing today; Do not take unnecessary
risks in last hour; Today we will close red.
