NIFTY Support levels are: 6710, 6680, 6660, 6620, 6580;

Pre-Market: 9:15am

Gap-up opening is expected for the Nifty today following good
global cues; Yesterday, the Nifty ended just at the Support of
6710 as our markets came under selling pressure as the pre-poll
rally seemed to fizzle out and profit booking emerged stronger
for 3rd day in a row; Overnight, US stocks ended higher boosted
by upbeat results from companies and a rebound in Facebook and
other high-growth shares; Asian shares are trading mixed after
earnings-fuelled gains on Wall Street; Investors stayed cautious
before central bank decisions from the Bank of Japan and then
the Federal Reserve later in the day; Back home, good global cues
together with growing confidence in BJP camp of absolute majority
is likely to take our markets higher as the country goes to the last
2 rounds of polls; Polling is over for 349 seats and today voters
from another 89 constituencies will cast their votes; After today,
voting will be left for 105 seats mainly in UP, Bihar and Bengal;
Today's voting is important for the BJP as in the last elections
in 2009 they had won only 21 of these 89 seats; Support of
6740 and 6710 will be in play today also; So will also be the
Resistance of 6750 and 6780; as we said before, Sustained
upside is possible only if 6800 is crossed; Choose specific
stocks to track and follow them closely; Do not over react;
Consider all angles before you enter; Act quickly when
you get a good chance; Take small profits
and Exit; Repeat, if possible;
INR-US$ is at 60.6100; WTI Crude is at $100.84

SMS-2

30Apr(11:00) Mkt +ve & flat; None gave profit; Hold
TITAN>262.50 if in; Watch AMBUJACEM>202.50 PETRONET>147
TVSMOTOR>97.50 now if mkt turns up; See Site -INTDAY

ALERT-2: 11:00am

Nifty has remained flat and choppy at the 6770-level after our
last update; Nifty is now around 6775; The range has been
6760-6780 after Nifty re-gained the early losses of yesterday
with a smart opening move today; Nifty holding on to its gains
now and going flat with a slight positive bias; None of our
Suggests could give any profits in LONG following the levels
we had given; If you have taken entry with TITAN at 262.50
as per our Update, Hold TITAN>262.50 with a StopLoss of 259.50;
Watch AMBUJACEM>202.50 PETRONET>147 TVSMOTOR>97.50 now
if market turns up with volumes; Asian markets are mostly in the
green; The Rupee is going strong at 60.3100; For our market,
the Resistance at 6780 has stopped the progress of the Nifty,
as was expected; This is strong Resistance and will have to
be crossed quickly if 6800 is to be re-gained; Otherwise we
will be back to the Support at 6720-6710 with some more
profit booking; Some trigger is required to take the
market higher; Be sure and confident if you want
to get in for LONG now; Consider all angles;
Get in and out quickly with small profits;
Stay Away if not sure.

SMS-3

30Apr(12:30) Mkt in green; Going Flat; PETRONET gave profit;
None looks good for LONG now; All can profit if mkt turns up;
Await Europe openng; See Site -INTDAY

ALERT-3: 12:30pm

The Nifty has taken a small fall to 6750-level, down from 6770,
after our last Update; Nifty around 6750 now; There was Resistance
at 6750 that is working as Support now; Meanwhile, PETRONET could
give small profits in LONG following our levels; PETRONET should
have been in at 147 and out at 148.50; AMBUJACEM was Marginal
at 202.50; If you are still holding TITAN at 262.50, look to limit
your losses and go Marginal with this; None looks good for LONG
at this time; All can give profits in LONG if market turns up now;
Asian markets are still mostly green; Europe is expected to open
in the green; The Rupee is holding steady at 60.3200 now;
We expect flat and choppy trading to continue with slight
negative bias unless we get some trigger; Nifty will do
good to hold initial gains and remain in the green; Be
careful in such uncertain market; Do not be in a
hurry to trade; Do not take big risks;
Stay Away if you are unsure.

SMS-4

30Apr(2:30) Mkt red; Going down; No Suggest gave profit;
None look good for LONG now; All can profit if upsurge
comes; But best to Stay Away; See Site -INTDAY

ALERT-4: 2:30pm

The Nifty has taken a big fall after our last Update and has
gone into the red; The slight negative bias we saw last time,
has strengthened significantly, and has taken the Nifty down
past the Supports of 6750, 6710 and 6680; Nifty is now at
the Support of 6660, down 120 points from today's high; Next
Support is at 6620; Meanwhile, as can be expected in such
situations, none of our Suggests could give any profits in LONG
after our last Update; With TITAN you should have limited your
losses by exiting at 261.30; This has been a loss case today;
At this time, no Suggest looks good for LONG; But all can make
profits if upsurge comes in last hour; Asian markets, are closing
mixed; Europe is also trading mixed; The Rupee has remained
steady at 60.3350; For our markets, whatever profits the market
had gained after opening today, has been washed out; But we
hope Nifty level of 6700 will be respected today; Support of 6660
should hold; But there is no certainty as downward momentum
is strong; Some more downside might come after a pause at
6660; Be very careful if you want to get in now for LONG; It
is best to stay Away from such markets, even if you have
not made any profits today; Today we will close red.

About the profit figures shown in these pages:
  • Time of BUY/SELL is shown in HHMM format. For example, 1025 means 10:25am; similarly 1439 means 14:39 hours or 2:39pm. These are approximate figures.
  • If a Suggest is mentioned in our Alerts, together with StopLoss and Targets, profit/loss will be shown only if the "See Above" ( > ) figure is crossed and reasonable profits or losses are generated. It is not necessary that Target figures are reached.
  • Once a See Above ( > ) figure is mentioned, we do not show a profit or loss in these pages unless this "trigger" is reached. "NIL" profit is reported if the trigger is not reached at all. If there is profit to be gained outside triggers, these are mentioned in our Alerts.
  • If any Suggest is not mentioned in our Alerts at all at any time throughout the day, "NIL" profit is reported for that Suggest. These do not give any opportunity as per our PricePoints either.
  • "MARGINAL" means that this Suggest neither gave any substantial profit, nor did it put a member into a serious loss situation — if you bought above the indicated level as per our Alert, there was ample chance to get out around that level later on, after you realise that prices are not going up. It can also mean that you should not have entered into this scrip in the first place, because of external circumstances.
  • Once a See Above ( > ) trigger point is mentioned for any Suggest, PricePoints for that Suggest are NOT to be followed any longer. Instead, you have to follow the levels given in our Alerts.

  5. 'Approx. Profit per Share' is cumulative of all entries.
