NIFTY Support levels are: 6780, 6750, 6720, 6680, 6650;

Pre-Market: 9:15am

Flat to slight gap-up opening is expected for the Nifty today
also following mixed Asian cues; Yesterday, the Nifty retreated
from its all-time high level and closed on a flat-to-negative
note on sustained profit booking ahead of today's F&O Expiry;
Overnight, US stocks ended higher as a host of solid earnings
reports, along with strength in the healthcare sector, helped
lift the S&P 500 and Nasdaq to their sixth straight advance;
Asian markets were trading mixed ahead of Chinese PMI
data in April; At home, the market is likely to consolidate with
positive bias in the next series till the elections results are
announced; Trading may remain volatile as traders roll over
positions in the F&O segment; As before, Nifty 6810 is the level
of Support below which a turnaround will come; 6780 is a strong
Support below that; We are still at the Resistance of 6820; Next
Resistance is still at 6850, once 6820 is crossed convincingly;
As always, choose specific stocks to track and follow them
closely; Do not over react; Consider all angles
before you enter; Act quickly when you get a
good chance; Take small profits and Exit;
Repeat, if possible;
INR-US$ is at 60.9800; WTI Crude is at $102.13

Nifty has remained flat and choppy since opening today,
with slight positive bias; Another life-time high has been
touched at 6846; Nifty is now around 6840; Meanwhile,
among our Suggests, FRL could give some profits in LONG
following the levels we had given; FRL should have been
in at 116 and out at 124; If still in, Hold FRL>124 with a
StopLoss of 120; If you have taken entry with LICHSGFIN at
283 following our levels, Hold LICHSGFIN>283 with a StopLoss
of 280; Also, if you have taken entry with HINDALCO at 145
following our levels, look to go Marginal with this; Watch
CROMPGREAV>186 VOLTAS>172 now if market turns up with
volumes; Asian markets are mostly red; The Rupee has lost
some more and is above 61, at 61.0400; For our market, flat
trading with slight positive bias is likely to continue and the
Nifty should be able to hold position around 6850 which is
strong Resistance; Choppiness is expected due to Expiry;
Be very sure and confident if you want to get in
for LONG now; Don't be in a hurry; Consider
all angles; Get in and out quickly with
small profits; Stay Away if not sure.

SMS-3

ALERT-3: 12:30pm

The Nifty has maintained the slight positive bias we saw last time;
Market has been choppy due to Expiry; Nifty is still at the strong
Resistance of 6850 which is being tested now; Meanwhile, LICHSGFIN
has been able to add some profits as per the last Update; LICHSGFIN
should have been out at 285; If you have taken entry with VOLTAS
at 172, look to go Marginal with this; Watch CROMPGREAV>186
LICHSGFIN>285 FRL>124 if market turns up and upsurge comes
with increase in volumes; Asian markets are mostly in the red, but
Japan is more than +1% up; Europe is expected to open mixed; The
Rupee is still weak at 61.0480; For our market, flat and choppy
trading likely to return as we have Expiry today, and in the
absence of any triggers; Be careful in such uncertain
market; Do not be in a hurry to trade; Do not take
big risks; Stay Away if you are unsure.

SMS-4

23Apr(2:30) Mkt in green; Flat & Choppy; No Suggest gave profit;
None look good for LONG now; All can profit if upsurge comes
in last hour; See Site -INTDAY

ALERT-4: 2:30pm

The Nifty has remained flat and choppy but the slight positive
bias we saw before, is now gone; Nifty in the 6835-6855 band
since our last Update; Likely to go down slightly; Resistance
of 6850 is still intact; Meanwhile, none of our Suggests could
give any profits in LONG following our levels; At this time,
no Suggest looks good for profits in LONG; All Suggests can
give profits in LONG if upsurge comes now in last hour; Asian
markets are closing mixed; Europe is also trading mixed; The
Rupee remains weak and a matter of concern at 61.0200;
For our market, trading is likely to remain flat and choppy
till closing today due to Expiry; But we expect the Nifty to
give a closing in the green today, which will create another
life-time high; This kind of market is still risky for intraday
traders going LONG; Be quick to take an opportunity
if it comes; Do not hold for long; Take small profit and
exit; Repeat, if possible; Best to Stay Away if you are
not confident; Today we will close flat/green.

About the profit figures shown in these pages:
  • Time of BUY/SELL is shown in HHMM format. For example, 1025 means 10:25am; similarly 1439 means 14:39 hours or 2:39pm. These are approximate figures.
  • If a Suggest is mentioned in our Alerts, together with StopLoss and Targets, profit/loss will be shown only if the "See Above" ( > ) figure is crossed and reasonable profits or losses are generated. It is not necessary that Target figures are reached.
  • Once a See Above ( > ) figure is mentioned, we do not show a profit or loss in these pages unless this "trigger" is reached. "NIL" profit is reported if the trigger is not reached at all. If there is profit to be gained outside triggers, these are mentioned in our Alerts.
  • If any Suggest is not mentioned in our Alerts at all at any time throughout the day, "NIL" profit is reported for that Suggest. These do not give any opportunity as per our PricePoints either.
  • "MARGINAL" means that this Suggest neither gave any substantial profit, nor did it put a member into a serious loss situation — if you bought above the indicated level as per our Alert, there was ample chance to get out around that level later on, after you realise that prices are not going up. It can also mean that you should not have entered into this scrip in the first place, because of external circumstances.
  • Once a See Above ( > ) trigger point is mentioned for any Suggest, PricePoints for that Suggest are NOT to be followed any longer. Instead, you have to follow the levels given in our Alerts.
