For Today:

NIFTY Resistance levels are: 6530, 6560, 6600, 6650, 6690;
NIFTY Support levels are: 6500, 6460, 6430, 6400, 6370;

Pre-Market: 9:15am

Nifty is expected to open flat or slight gap-down today following muted
Asian cues; Yesterday, Indian markets saw constant profit booking and
traded choppy throughout the day with a slight negative bias after a
five-day rally amid weak trade data; Overnight, US stocks ended lower
as investors preferred to book profits after some of the recent market
gains; Asian stock markets are trading lower today tracking lacklustre
performance by US markets; Fears of a slowdown in China combined
with political tensions in Ukraine kept investors cautious; Back home,
we will get Consumer inflation (CPI) for February 2014 and industrial
output data (IIP) for January 2014 later today; Both have potential to
alter market direction; While CPI is expected to ease further to a 25-
month low of 8.35% in February from 8.79% in January, IIP is forecast
to post a fourth straight fall in January; As said earlier, the upside
momentum in the Nifty will remain intact as long as 6400 is held as a
Support; In the short-term, 6500-6480 is a strong Support and 6560 is
the First Resistance; Today also, we expect to see flat range-bound
trading, but with a slight negative bias; Again, profit booking down
sides can come anytime at such high levels, but we still hope for a
closing time burst to take us to 6560; As always, follow specific
stocks; Act quickly when you get a good chance; Take small
profits and Exit; Repeat, if possible;
INR-US$ is at 61.0900; WTI Crude is at $100.03

ALERT-2: 11:00am

Nifty had taken a smart uprise from 6490-level to 6540-level
after our last Update; Nifty around 6530 now; The Support of 6500-
6480 has acted strong and prevented further fall; In the mean time,
none of our Suggests managed to give any profits in LONG following
the levels we had given; Watch APOLLOTYRE>131 DLF>182 now if
market turns up with volume; HINDUNILVR(565) TATAGLOBAL(147)
are stuck at the levels shown; Asian markets are all in the red;
The Rupee is still above 61 and is at 61.1000 now; Nifty is
right now at the Resistance of 6530; This, and the next Resistance
at 6560 will be difficult to cross without some external help; So, we
expect choppy, range-bound trading to return in the 6530-6560
band; Be very sure and confident if you want to get in for LONG;
Don't be in a hurry; Consider all angles; Get in and out
quickly with small profits; Stay Away if not sure.

SMS-3

12Mar(12:30) Mkt on the line; Choppy & Flat; IRB gave
profit; Watch IRB>102 DLF>180 IDFC>114 if mkt
turns up; Await Europe openng; See Site -INTDAY

ALERT-3: 12:30pm

Nifty has remained flat and choppy, but in the 6510-6540 range
after our last Update, not in the higher range as expected; Nifty
around 6510, in the green, just above the line; Resistance of
6530 has not been crossed; Meanwhile, IRB gave small profits in
LONG after the last Update, but it was outside our Update and as
per our PricePoints; IRB should have been in at 101 and out at 102;
At this time, watch IRB>102 DLF>180 IDFC>114 for LONG if market
turns up; Asian markets are closing all in the red with Japan over
-2% down; Europe is also expected to open mostly in the red; The
Rupee is holding ground and is at 61.1725 now; For our market,
we feel that some more downside will come due to more profit-
booking; Be very careful and consider all angles before
entering fresh now in LONG; Do not force anything;
Do not take big risks; Stay Away if unsure.

SMS-4

12Mar(2:30) Mkt flat around line; DLF gave profit;
IRB>102 IDFC>114 good for profits in LONG if upsurge
comes now in last hour; Careful... See Site -INTDAY

ALERT-4: 2:30pm

The Nifty has continued with flat, range-bound trading around the line
after our last Update; No particular bias is seen; The Support of 6500-
6480 is still holding and it has been tested several times since opening
today; It will be tested again before closing today, and should hold on;
Meanwhile, DLF could give some profits in LONG following the levels
we had given last; DLF should have been in at 180 and out at 182;
At this time, IRB>102 IDFC>114 looks good for profits in LONG if
upsurge comes in last hour; Asian markets are closing all in red;
Europe is also trading all in the red; The Rupee is, however, still
holding good and is at 61.1675 now; Our market is still in the
grip of profit-booking and fluctuating in the 6500-6520
band; We expect the Support of 6500-6480 to hold for
the day; Be very careful and absolutely sure if you
want to get in now; Do not force anything; If you
have made your profits already, best to Stay
Away now; Today we will close flat.

About the profit figures shown in these pages:
  • Time of BUY/SELL is shown in HHMM format. For example, 1025 means 10:25am; similarly 1439 means 14:39 hours or 2:39pm. These are approximate figures.
  • If a Suggest is mentioned in our Alerts, together with StopLoss and Targets, profit/loss will be shown only if the "See Above" ( > ) figure is crossed and reasonable profits or losses are generated. It is not necessary that Target figures are reached.
  • Once a See Above ( > ) figure is mentioned, we do not show a profit or loss in these pages unless this "trigger" is reached. "NIL" profit is reported if the trigger is not reached at all. If there is profit to be gained outside triggers, these are mentioned in our Alerts.
  • If any Suggest is not mentioned in our Alerts at all at any time throughout the day, "NIL" profit is reported for that Suggest. These do not give any opportunity as per our PricePoints either.
  • "MARGINAL" means that this Suggest neither gave any substantial profit, nor did it put a member into a serious loss situation — if you bought above the indicated level as per our Alert, there was ample chance to get out around that level later on, after you realise that prices are not going up. It can also mean that you should not have entered into this scrip in the first place, because of external circumstances.
  • Once a See Above ( > ) trigger point is mentioned for any Suggest, PricePoints for that Suggest are NOT to be followed any longer. Instead, you have to follow the levels given in our Alerts.

  5. 'Approx. Profit per Share' is cumulative of all entries.
