  • Our market saw some heavy losses in the morning after the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) directed Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) to reduce prices of CNG, PNG for Delhi consumers with effect from on Monday. IGL slumped together with other oil and gas companies on fears that PNGRB would direct it to reduce gas supply prices. The market flattened out, but never really recovered from that negativity throughout the day.
  • We had some relief towards the end of the day as some swaps were offered by the govt to FIIs in the new FDI policy in commodity bourses and under portfolio investment scheme.
  • There is a void in our market and the range is becoming more tight everyday. The range is becoming so narrow that any event could prove to be a trigger. It is expected that any clarity from the government on the GAAR issue will trigger the market.
  • If the FII P-note holders, private equity hedge funds for long only, are being targeted — that is not good for the market.
  • Other important events that are lined up and can give direction to the market are the RBI policy review meet and corporate earnings. The market is expecting a rate cut from RBI. In anticipation, certain banks have already started offering higher interest rates to customers.
  • On a day when the NIFTY range was small and tight, the Suggests of IntradayTrade dot Net drew a 'blank' today in LONG following our Alerts, with only HINDUNILVR giving some returns. And MAX gave a scare where a negative return was narrowly avoided. Again, if you have made even a little of what is shown for HINDUNILVR, it was a good show on a bad day.

About the profit figures shown in these pages:
  • Time of BUY/SELL is shown in HHMM format. For example, 1025 means 10:25am; similarly 1439 means 14:39 hours or 2:39pm. These are approximate figures.
  • If a Suggest is mentioned in our Alerts, together with StopLoss and Targets, profit will be shown only if the 'See Above' figure is crossed positively and reasonable profits are generated. It is not necessary that Target figures are reached.
  • Once a See Above ( > ) figure is mentioned, we do not show a profit in these pages unless this figure is crossed positively. "Stay Away" is reported even if there is profit to be gained from this Suggest.
  • "Stay Away" is also reported for any Suggest that is not mentioned in our Alert which also does not give any opportunity as per our PricePoints.
  • "MARGINAL" means that this Suggest neither gave any substantial profit, nor did it put a member into a loss situation — if you bought above the indicated level as per our Alert, there was ample chance to get out around that level later on after you realise that prices are not going up.
  • Profit shown for any Suggest that is not mentioned in any Alert is as per our PricePoints. Reasonable profits will have to be generated — it is not necessary that any exact PricePoints are reached.

  2. 'Approx. 1st. Entry Point' is the price at which 'first' entry is made.
  3. There can be more than one entry. Price for subsequent entries not shown.
  4. 'No. of Shares Traded' is calculated on 15k investment and 4x exposure (15000x4=60000) normally allowed by online brokering houses for intraday trading.
  5. 'Approx. Profit per Share' is cumulative of all entries.
  6. Figures within curly brackets {} stand for SHORT sell profits.
  7. All figures are indicative only.
  8. Profit figures given at our website are "estimates" only and do not take into account brokerage charges and other operational costs. This is because these charges can vary widely across the country and it will be misleading to give any one figure that is applicable in any one region in India.  TOP
