  • The predicted short covering rally did not happen today as our market took deep cuts for the 3rd day running. The Nifty has touched below 5500 for the first time since September 6, 2010. At 2:36pm the NIFTY went down to 5460, down 144 points from the previous close. Again, there are sure signs for a sell-off. And again, we reiterate what we said yesterday: there are lots of open positions in the market and a short-covering rally has to happen. Lets see.
  • The abilities of our analysis team had been proved quite vividly today: looking at how the market was unfolding early today, we reluctantly gave our first Alert late and did not follow it up as we felt it was useless to go LONG in today's market. But our analysts insisted they were right — what's given below proves thier confidence. Its true that profits shown below were difficult to get and required expert handling, but members of IntradayTrade dot Net who held on, made good profits in LONG on a very bad day.
