IntradayTrade dot Net
Performance Results

Thursday, 16-Sept-2010

  • The Indian market closed a somewhat choppy day of trade at the low point of the day after witnessing a good rally in the middle of the session. The Nifty crossed the 5900 mark briefly today, thus hitting a new 32-month high, before it came under unwinding pressure. Following the RBI rate hikes, our markets bounced back from the lows of the day with support from rate sensitives and showed strength. We feel the correction is likely to continue on a day-to-day basis although the near-term trend is still positive.
  • Today IntradayTrade dot Net surprised us — for most of the day it looked like we will draw a total blank. In fact, some members may have gone into losses after our initial Alert. Then came the sudden surge for DLF, very aptly told in our second Alert. At the end, DLF more than compensated for the bad performance early on. However, we did not fulfill our minimum requirement of at least two 500+ performers today.
